Rental money must be received AT LEAST THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If the unit is reserved less than thirty days prior to arrival, all money is due at the time of reservation.
Failure to pay the first month's rent 30 days prior to the rental commencement date may result in an automatic cancellation of lease.
The security deposit will be forfeited on cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the arrival date
Payments must be made in U.S. funds, travelers/personal check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover (through PayPal) accepted.
